Heading up into the Derbyshire hills
- Our monthly walk takes place on the first Sunday of each month (we avoid Bank Holiday Sundays so it may be the second Sunday on some occasions). In summer we aim for destinations such as the Welsh borders or the Dark Peak. Winter walks are closer to home – the White Peak or the Cotswolds. Our coach departs from Oadby East Street Car Park, LE2 5AF (the coach parks near the side entrance of the Oadby Trinity Methodist Church) at 08.00 hours and returns at approximately 19.30 hours, a bit later in the summer months. Note that we also make a small number of pick-ups between Oadby and Fosse Park for members. Coach fares (paid online, by card or cash/cheque ) are:
Adult members £15, Juniors/Students £10
